Austin Technology Council presented the following Virtual Roundtable on April 9, 2020.
During a crisis 40% of business fail, and another 25% close their doors in the year following. Your business needs strong leadership, especially in times of crisis. We are all in unfamiliar territory and likely unprepared to identify the aspects of change leaders need to control and influence.
Event Objectives:
- Help leaders accelerate the process of making change happen in times of crisis.
- Minimize the potential negative effects change can have on productivity, morale and collaboration.
- Turn resistance into commitment and inspire team members to take ownership of change.
- Clearly communicate the business rationale and benefits for the team and the organization.
