Women in Tech Roundtable: Overcoming Imposter Syndrome

A disproportionate number of women suffer from imposter syndrome. Come learn what you need to understand about it, help your direct reports overcome it, and continue supporting success and growth for yourself and your team.

Our first priority is always the health and safety of our members and guests, along with your loved ones. Due to that we will be enforcing the following until Austin is back down to Stage 2:

• Mandatory self-identification with colored wristbands
• If you are not vaccinated either by choice or due to a health issue, we ask that you refrain from attending ATC events until we are safely back in Stage 2
• If you are unvaccinated and choose to attend one of our events in person, you will be required to wear a red wristband and wear a face mask to cover your nose and mouth at all times, unless actively eating or drinking

As a reminder of our wristband policy:

Green: Fully vaccinated and not a care in the world

Yellow: Still in the vaccination process and practicing social distancing procedures

Red: Not yet vaccinated, medically compromised, still learning to be comfortable in social settings again

We will have disposable masks available at all our events for any attendee who opts to wear one.
