We all know that cognitively diverse teams outperform all other teams, but when there is an overt appreciation for cognitive diversity, that is when people become more satisfied with the work that they do. They feel seen, heard, and most of all appreciated. Valuing cognitive diversity creates the conditions for psychological safety, something that we are all looking for in a work place environment.
We will hear from an expert in Diversity, Inclusion, Equity, and Belonging who understands that Diversity is not just a nice to have, it is a business imperative. We will hear from a neuroscientist who has taken an in-depth look at the misconceptions around the gendered brain. In addition, we are offering three tracks that focus on technology, education, and healthcare. That way you can hear from industry experts who may have a similar focus to you.
However, you do not need to be in a particular field to gain valuable insights as many of the industry experts are offering solutions that cross over all boundaries.
