May Roundtable Breakfast with Austin SHRM

CREATING AMAZING CULTURES & BELONGING IN A HYBRID OR DISTRIBUTED WORLD

The May ATC Breakfast will be held in partnership with Austin SHRM.  Everyone is welcome…but be sure to share this information with the Human Resources staff at your company.

New Location for this one event — This event will be held at Norris Conference Center on Anderson Lane.

Attendees will develop a comprehensive understanding of hybrid and distributed work models, including their impact on organizational culture and employee engagement. This meeting will prepare HR professionals to identify the unique challenges and opportunities presented by non-traditional work settings.

Our panelists will lead attendees in practical conversation that will help HR leaders create a culture and a sense of belonging in their organizations.  The program will create understanding around some of the successes and challenges that other organizations have had with hybrid or distributed teams. along with how they created successful programs and how they addressed challenges.
