“NEGOTIATING YOUR SALARY”
Women constantly make strides to bridge the gender pay gap. Technology companies can lead the pack when in comes to equal pay. ATC presents a breakfast roundtable with facilitator Madhavi Rao, Chief Strategy Officer, Valkyrie, to kick off the conversation about implementing tangible and proactive initiatives that lead to equitable pay in your company. In addition, we’ll touch on resources available to emlpoyees that ensure they are getting paid what they’re worth in the Austin tech sector.
Monthly breakfasts targeted to specific groups within the Austin technology community to come together in a small group of 25-40. These events include a featured speaker who kicks off open discussion amongst attendees.

7:30 – 8:00 AM Networking over light breakfast
8:00 – 9:00 AM Program: Facilitator may have a short presentation with the bulk of the conversation being an open discussion between guests.
