MAVA Partners is hosting an HR Leadership Roundtable for HR leaders who work in or closely with the tech industry.

Tech companies are growing and scaling at an exponential pace. The speed at which our industry is growing has innumerable positive impacts but also comes with challenges – notably for sourcing and retaining top tech talent. Technical project development can run up against stalls because of the strain on an understaffed team. High attrition rates may bring up security considerations that need to be addressed now. Software development teams might be bumping up against deadlines that were perfectly reasonable a year ago. All of these challenges come up for technical teams across the board. We want to hear from you, the HR leaders, recruiters, and hiring managers, etc. with answers and challenges.
