ATX Hack for Change 2017

ATX Hack for Change, a 3-day civic hackathon, is growing in scale every year, from just 30 hackers in 2013 to now 447 hackers in 2016. The momentum behind this event is picking up with a vested interest in building a community hub, but more importantly, carving the space for active civic engagement and positive change in Austin. Community members engage one another with their innovative ideas to solve critical social issues; the event attracts C-suite executives, city employees, students, organizers, developers, gardeners to coffee baristas.
