2024 C-Suite Summit and Industry Think Tank

DO NOT REGISTER FOR THIS EVENT IF YOU ARE NOT AN EXEC / LEADER IN A TECH COMPANY. There is a question that will ask yes or no as you register…do not check “no” and register anyway…and do not lie. We have had about 25 people register anyway …. and have refunded their money. TicketBud does not refund their service fee……And ATC will not be responsible for that fee if you register. There are sponsor opportunities available if you want to attend and do not meet the tech company leadership requirement. (sorry for the blunt message….but this even is designed for leaders in local tech companies).

We are very excited about the “C-Suite Summit and Industry Think Tank” on Monday October 28th. The event will take place at St. Edward’s University in their Ragsdale Center Ballroom from 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM. Thank you to St Edwards for being our “Presenting Sponsor” and their ongoing support of the Austin tech community.

A few things to know before you go (Yes, this is LONG…but PLEASE READ IT ALL) –

1. Timing: We start promptly at 1:00. Doors open at 12:00….but we are NOT serving a full meal. There will be snacks provided, but NOT A FULL LUNCH.
2. You will want to be on time…as our opening keynote featuring Razat Gaurav is going to be a great one….so do not be late.
3. PARKING. THIS IS IMPORTANT.…as being at a University that has classes going on will mean you need read the below. If you can take Uber or Lyft, that will be a good way to get to and from the event. There will be plenty of parking around campus, but it might not be in the lots closest to the facility. There will be golf carts running from the parking garage from 12:00-1:15 and then at the end of the event.

READ THIS (note the code is COUNCIL and you will want to have registered your license plate to avoid getting a ticket (I just did it and it takes about 20 seconds). There is also a map link below that shows all the parking lots:

Or you may use the QR Code and it will take you straight to the form with the code already entered.

Once you have filled out the information and clicked the “Start” button you will receive confirmation that you have registered for event parking. Vehicle registration for this event allows parking in all Standard (Green) and Economy (Yellow) lots

4 Dress Code – This is Austin Tech….so whatever you are comfortable in for a conference and happy hour is fine with us. ATC is really easy going about such things.

5 VIDEOGRAPHER – We will have a videographer filming the event. He is also doing some one-on-one interviews about the Austin Tech scene (Past, Present, and Future) for a short documentary video…so if you have thoughts you want to share, you are welcome join with your opinions in a 2-3 minute video.

6 HAPPY HOUR. We have a happy hour from 5:00 – 6:00….. so please plan to stay and get to know all the other participants.

The C-Suite Summit and Industry Think Tank in 2024 is going to be a “Don’t Miss Event” for tech company leaders.  We will have leaders from tech companies, and some sponsors, in a room for interesting conversations and discussions about our local tech ecosystem.
